Survey Loop allows authorized business owners and managers to connect their Google Business Profile accounts, select business locations, view customer reviews, and post review replies from Survey Loop. We request Google Business Profile access only to provide these features. Users can disconnect their account at any time.

Google Business Profile helps you manage your online reputation without leaving Survey Loop. The integration lets you view incoming reviews and respond to them directly, so you never miss a chance to protect and grow your presence where planners and clients are already looking.
How this integration works
Connect a Google account that you’re authorized to manage. Survey Loop allows organization administrators to:
Find and connect selected business locations.
View and synchronize listing information.
Update details such as hours, address, phone number, website, categories, and business description.
Read customer reviews and existing owner replies.
Generate suggested replies, review them, and publish or remove responses.
Configure review alerts, escalation workflows, and optional automated replies.

How Survey Loop uses Google data
When you connect Google Business Profile, Survey Loop requests permission to access the accounts, locations, listings, reviews, and owner replies needed to provide these features. We use this information only to display, synchronize, and manage the profiles you select and to perform actions initiated or configured by your organization.
When AI-assisted replies are enabled, relevant review information may be sent to our AI service provider solely to create a suggested response. Private Survey Loop survey responses and internal notes are not used to generate public Google review replies.
Connecting Google is optional. You can remove Survey Loop’s access at any time from your Google Account settings. Removing access prevents future synchronization and disables features that depend on the connection.
