Role overview
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to support revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers for Survey Loop. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many prospects, responsible for starting thoughtful conversations, understanding early signals of fit, and setting the foundation for strong, trust based sales relationships. You will work closely with Account Executives and marketing to ensure qualified opportunities move forward with context and clarity.
Responsibilities
Research and identify prospective customers that align with Survey Loop’s ideal customer profile.
Initiate outbound and inbound conversations through email, phone, and social channels.
Qualify prospects by understanding their goals, challenges, and current feedback processes.
Clearly communicate Survey Loop’s value in a concise and relevant way.
Schedule high quality discovery meetings for Account Executives with clear notes and context.
Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and messaging performance.
Maintain accurate activity and prospect data in the CRM.
Continuously improve outreach quality, messaging, and qualification skills.
Required qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort initiating conversations with new people.
Ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and identify real needs.
Highly organized with attention to detail and follow through.
Coachability and willingness to learn sales fundamentals.
Experience using CRM tools or sales engagement platforms is a plus.
Self motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
Nice to have
Experience in a B2B or SaaS sales environment.
Familiarity with customer feedback, CX, or survey tools.
Experience working in a fast moving or early stage company.
