Role overview

We are seeking a driven and thoughtful Account Executive to help grow Survey Loop by building strong relationships with customers and guiding them through the buying journey. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close, while acting as a trusted advisor to organizations looking to better understand and act on feedback. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to ensure customer needs are clearly understood and reflected in how we sell and evolve the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract close.

  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their goals, challenges, and feedback needs.

  • Position Survey Loop as a strategic solution, not just a tool, by clearly communicating value and outcomes.

  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to different industries and use cases.

  • Collaborate with marketing on lead follow up, campaign feedback, and pipeline insights.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in the CRM.

  • Partner with product and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and long term customer satisfaction.

  • Continuously refine sales messaging based on customer conversations and market feedback.

Required qualifications

  • Proven experience in a closing sales role, ideally in SaaS or B2B software.

  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and build trust with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Comfort owning conversations from discovery through negotiation and close.

  • Ability to understand customer problems quickly and map them to practical solutions.

  • Highly organized with strong follow through and attention to detail.

  • Experience working with CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline.

  • Self motivated with a sense of ownership and accountability.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling feedback, CX, research, or data driven platforms.

  • Familiarity with industries such as insurance, financial services, events, or service based businesses.

  • Experience working in an early stage or growing SaaS environment.
